Chapter 3 Nightmare, The Force Trial, Master Mace Windu
Chapter 3 Nightmare, The Force Trial, Master Mace Windu
late at night.
Lance returned to his apprentice quarters from the archives, took off his Jedi robe, and collapsed onto his bed.
I fell into a deep sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow, and my consciousness returned to the dream world.
A few minutes later, his brows furrowed, his breathing became rapid, and fine beads of sweat appeared on his forehead.
Clearly, tonight is going to be a nightmare.
In the scene, Speaker Palpatine pulls out a red lightsaber and effortlessly kills Master Kit Festo, Master Ceci Ting, and Master Argen Korar.
Master Windu wielded a purple lightsaber and engaged him in fierce combat.
Lightsabers clashed, and the Force surged.
After dozens of rounds, Master Windu, relying on his original lightsaber technique, the seventh move, Vapard, successfully disarmed him, kicked him to the ground, and forced him to the windowsill.
He held a lightsaber, pointed it at Palpatine, and threatened to capture him.
Just then, Anakin burst into the room.
After a few words of argument, Palpatine muttered "no, no, no," his expression gradually turning ferocious.
He raised his hands, and blue lightning bolts suddenly burst forth from his palms.
Master Wendu hurriedly raised his sword to defend, and deflected all the lightning bolts back.
"I have the power to save your loved ones; you must make a choice."
Palpatine looked at Anakin, his voice hoarse and his expression pained.
He endured the torment of his own Force lightning, yet he still refused to stop.
Just as Master Windu raised his lightsaber, ready to finish him off, Anakin suddenly activated the lightsaber and severed Master Windu's right hand.
He let out a scream, then was struck by Palpatine's Force lightning. Black smoke gradually rose from his body, and he eventually fell from the high-rise building.
The scene shifts, and a figure draped in a black Jedi robe enters the Jedi Temple, followed by countless clone soldiers. Fighter jets and cruisers blot out the sky from the horizon...
Under the incandescent light, a familiar yet unfamiliar face was revealed, with reddish-yellow pupils and a terrifying aura of darkness emanating from it.
hum...
As the lightsabers were wielded, Jedi soldiers fell one after another.
Desperate wails and piercing screams echoed endlessly within the temple.
Suddenly, the screen flashed.
Anakin suddenly appeared before him, his towering shadow engulfing him, raising his lightsaber high and slashing down fiercely.
hiss......
Cold sweat soaked his entire back. Lance woke up with a start, sitting up abruptly in bed, panting heavily.
His chest heaved violently, as if the light sword had truly cleaved his body in two.
His hands kept groping his body.
There were no scorch marks, no blood, and no pain.
In good condition.
Lance let out a long sigh, his body relaxed, and he slumped weakly against the headboard.
But the fear of being split in two still lingered in his heart, like a venomous snake tightly coiling around him.
Lance looked down at his hands, his fingertips still trembling, his palms covered in sticky cold sweat.
"...It was just a nightmare."
Lance kept reassuring himself, trying to calm his chaotic emotions.
However, Anakin's reddish-yellow eyes seemed to be imprinted deep in his mind, impossible to forget.
Completely unable to sleep, Lance simply took out the items stored in the bedside table.
Jedi Hologram.
It is only the size of a palm and is shaped like a pyramid.
The grayish-white metal casing gleams with a cold luster in the dim light, and its surface is engraved with complex and mysterious patterns.
Jedi typically store important information and knowledge within them, and set up a complex and strict "password".
If the password is incorrect, the device will immediately initiate a self-destruct procedure.
The one in his hand records all the knowledge and skills of his master, Pro Kong.
As Lance held it, a powerful surge of primal energy instantly soothed his emotions.
He felt a sense of peace in his heart.
Lance let out a soft sigh, opened his palm, and the Force slowly flowed in.
The hologram trembled slightly, then detached from the palm of the hand and hovered in mid-air.
He continued to channel the Force.
In a specific way, the Force is guided to activate the nodes within the hologram.
He felt as if he were unlocking an extremely sophisticated lock.
These nodes are nested and interlocked.
Accompanied by the subtle sound of gears turning, the hologram slowly bloomed like a metal flower.
A ball of white light emanated from the center.
Thinking of Palpatine's blue lightning, Lance focused his consciousness on it and quickly locked onto his target.
The Force Trial.
Master Pro Kong's special skill is the ability to unleash golden lightning.
"What's the difference between them?"
"Which one is stronger this time?"
The thought flashed through my mind.
He wanted to explore further, but was blocked by an invisible wall.
"Unfortunately, this part of the knowledge was locked away by the teacher..."
Force Judgment is a powerful and dangerous art that can only be mastered by those who have achieved a balance between darkness and light.
Otherwise, it will only backfire on you.
Pro Kong feared that he would be too ambitious, so he sealed him off.
The seal will be lifted when the conditions are met.
Lance withdrew his Force, and the hologram slowly closed and snapped shut, fitting perfectly.
He looked up at the window and put on his clothes.
"Go out for a walk to clear your head."
Lance put the hologram back in the cabinet.
He donned his Jedi robes, hung his lightsaber at his waist, and stepped out of the Jedi Temple.
A true Jedi will never let their lightsaber leave their side.
......
Before me lies the vibrant night view of Coruscant.
The neon lights on the wall glowed with dazzling colors, playing enticing GG music on a loop.
The aircraft's exhaust plumes resembled a sky full of stars, streaking across the sky like shooting stars.
Since the start of the war, he had never walked the streets so leisurely.
"I wonder where Asoka is?"
"By the way, she seems to have two friends, Rafa and Triss."
Not long ago, when Lance was chatting with Ahsoka, she mentioned her adventures with the two sisters.
He was about to go find them when he suddenly realized it was late at night and obviously not a good time.
"Maybe next time."
Lance strolled down the street, various thoughts flashing through his mind.
But the majority of those stories were still about tonight's nightmares.
"I was watching a movie, but suddenly I felt like I was actually there?"
This question lingered in his mind.
Clang.
An object fell from a great height and crashed onto the road with a loud metallic clang.
It then bounced a few more times before plummeting towards the lower city.
"Who is so inconsiderate as to throw objects from high-rise buildings?"
Lance looked up and then froze on the spot.
On the top floor of a high-rise building, a window is illuminated by blue light, with electric arcs dancing within it.
Immediately afterwards, a blurry figure flew out of the window and plummeted downwards.
He vaguely heard a piercing scream.
"That... seems to be the Speaker's residence..."
Lance's eyes widened, his pupils trembling.
He suddenly realized that it was not a dream, but a memory from his past life.
As for the scene in Anakin's dream where he raises his lightsaber, it was the Force warning him through his imagination.
"Blue Lightning... Palpatine..."
"That figure just now was probably Master Mace Windu..."
"Following the plot of the movie, what happens next is..."
His heart tightened; a sense of impending death loomed over him.
"No, we absolutely cannot let this happen."
"We must warn our master, and all the Jedi Order members."
